- Tickets must be shown at the entrance
- VIP staff will meet you at the CIP pillar by Entrance G in Terminal 1, and by Entrance H in Terminal 2.
- If there are no VIP Lounge staff present, ask the airport information desk inside the terminal to contact the VIP Lounge or a TUI Rep
- No luggage carrying service
- Ask Lounge cashier for the Wi-Fi password
- Please check with your TUI Rep in destination as fast-track conditions differ for passengers flying with other airlines
- Not available for guests travelling with Condor, Eurowings or Lufthansa
- Please select the correct option — European or non-European — based on your final destination’s continent (not EU membership)
