Thai restaurant in which offers one of the best river view in Asiatique. The restaurant considered high-prices comparing to other thai restaurants nearby. However the tastes are rich and juicy. It’s not as spicy as most Thai dishes are due to half of the customers are foreigners. For drinks, Chang Tower of beer is a little bit ripped off with 1400฿. Staffs, however, if you sit outside beside the river zone. The staffs will be very few and is hard to reach out to each of them. There are some gasoline smell coming from the cruises parking along the Asiatique river. It might take you 10 mins for the smell to dissolve.

Disappointing Attitude from Supervisor We visited The Siam Tea Room at Asiatique as a group of 4 while waiting for our cruise, with about one hour to spare. We politely asked the waitress if it was possible for us to order one drink to sit down for a while, as we were checking our options due to time constraints. The waitress was polite and smiled, but when she turned to check with the supervisor, the supervisor looked at us with a very rude and judgmental expression, as if we were being “cheapo.” That reaction was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. To be clear, we were completely fine to order one drink per person. Our question was simply to understand the policy, since: • There was no signboard or notice stating a minimum order of one drink per pax • No terms and conditions were explained to us beforehand In the end, we ordered one drink per pax, which was not an issue. The issue was the attitude. If such a request is not allowed, it should be explained politely. A supervisor should never make guests feel looked down upon for asking a reasonable question. The service attitude from the supervisor was totally unacceptable and left a very bad impression, which is disappointing for a restaurant in such a well-known tourist area.

Had the pleasant time here while waiting for the dinner Cruise. We weren't able to enjoy the food with famous golden hour during sunset because the weather is bad but nevertheless we enjoyed our time here. They serve really good Mango Sticky Rice (somewhat pricey but its worth it for me).

Nice presentation but lacking authenticity and taste. Serving ketchup with thai dishes isn’t typical and there is still a long way to go and much improvement to do. Friendly staff.

Located right on the waterway next to the entry to the cruise boats that go on the river. Lovely restaurant with a view and nice hospitality service. The food is tasty with very vibrant and colourful presentations. Slightly smaller portions but for the price good value. It was a good last dinner for our trip to Bangkok.
