We had an awesome time at Desaru Coast Waterpark! Booking through Klook was super easy, and since our hotel has direct access, we just walked straight in — memang senang betoi. The place feels safe too, with lifeguards literally everywhere, so hati pun lega while the kids enjoy themselves. My daughter absolutely loved the roller coaster. We ended up riding it four times in a row, and since we came during off-peak hours, there was zero queue… syok habeh! The water slides are just as fun, with plenty of varieties to try. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a full day of family excitement. Definitely worth the visit!

Fun destination for families, and it's super convenient if you're staying at Hard Rock Hotel as it’s just a short walk away via a dedicated entrance. The park has a good mix of slides and pools, making it enjoyable for both kids and adults. However, during our visit, the artificial wave pool was not operational, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the other rides and lazy river were still entertaining, and the park was clean and well-managed.

Parking was half empty on a Saturday🚩🚩🚩 rm10 for 5 hours during weekend. Extra rm5 each hour after that..which is crazy absurd considering that this is not even a top tier world-class theme park. Staff were friendly and the ticket counter was efficient. Amenities are limited and queues are long on weekends (about 20-30min wait) but at 5pm it's a freeway, almost no queue. Not much food options inside the waterpark so do with this information as you will. Locker is rm20 for small and rm45 for large, another thing to consider. Got injured and went to first aid, very comfortable facility with professional service, which was a big plus. Wave pool has no waves after around 4pm, so don’t bother later in the day. Luckily the cloudy weather helped avoid sunburn. Do note that heavy rain can shut down rides and in this case no refunds will be entertained. Imo, decent experience but not worth full price. Good value only if you’re using a buy 1 free 1 voucher from klook.

Came on a Nov Fri and there was no queue at all.... Managed to play different rides many times. The Kraken roller coaster and pirate ship were thrilling. Tempest and Riptide were fun too. Kids can play at the water playground. There were food and snacks sold. Toilets were very clean. Lockers were available.

Not much people on weekday so youre free to go anywhere without queuing, the best one would be the lazy river. The live vest and buoys are provided. The life vest max size would be around 80-90kg i guess. Other things were fun too but a bit upset the beach one dont have the big wave due to some problem they said. Parking is RM5 for first five hours. Locker have small and big one around the range rm20-40. The shower was ok, bring your own shampoo etc. The drinks are quiet expensive and nice waffle btw, even if its rm11. The picture they gave around RM30-40. The staff and service are all nice👍
