Went skating with my friends at 3pm-5pm. I already had some experience with ice skating but they didn't. The rink was huge so it was perfect for beginners to roam around and find their balance. One of my friends fell as soon as he stepped in, LOL, so you have to be careful because it's very slippery. There are usually a lot of people so it's hard to skate fast without bumping into people. I enjoyed skating with my friends— seeing them fall was very funny haha

A good experience here. They are responsive on FB messages as well as WhatsApp. They have specific time slots for skating, so it's good to know and plan ahead. The packages are good as well, perfect for us who have our own socks but need gloves. Also great for children who need Bobby. They have free lockers available for patrons to use, which I felt was a good service. We went on a weekday evening, and there were few people around, which was great for a nice introduction to my child without being overwhelming There was a very large "pond" right in front of the entry point which made it scary to enter the rink, but besides that all else was good

The staff are exceptionally polite, helpful, and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and supported. The management team deserves special recognition, particularly Ms. Mala, who consistently goes above and beyond in handling maintenance and other concerns. Her dedication and helpful nature truly make a difference. A special mention must also go to Coach Aiza, the head of Blue Ice Academy. Words cannot fully express our gratitude for his unwavering support, tireless efforts, and high level of commitment. His leadership and passion greatly enhance the experience at the rink. Overall, Blue Ice Rink is a top-tier facility that delivers both excellence in service and a strong sense of community.

tried out the Blue Ice Skating Rink at Paradigm Mall JB during the 10am until 12pm session. Entry per session was rm40, with rm7 each for gloves and socks if you do not bring your own. The ice was really slippery, but manageable if you have rollerbladed before, same balance skills apply. I did fall once, but no serious damage, just part of the fun. The rink is well-maintained and the atmosphere is great for beginners and casual skaters. Definitely a cool way to spend a morning and evening indoors. insyaallah will come again

The ice rink was too wet,when my kids fall down,whole body wet and gloves as well,Wet gloves can cause frostbite to the hands. As you can see from the photo, only the middle part is dry; the rest is completely wet, and there's even a lot of water.
