The sand in the sand pit area is not sticky, the service staff is friendly, and you need to wash your hands and measure your body temperature before entering the door. The design is considerate. Make sure you come during weekday, or else it is crazy busy. It is so fun and very clean place to have fun. There are sand box, slide, huge ball pit, all other play set and role play stuff. Also has an electric train that is included one time play with your ticket. Both my daughter and son had amazing time. We stayed from 11am-7pm, you get to go outside and come back. There is restaurant inside the play area, so it is very easy for parents. There also discount ticket on KKday app.

This place is magical. Well, at least for the parents you never worried about if your young ones will get bored here. Just so many things to do in different zones which catered to each kid's own interest. They even got a cafeteria in it so you can get some foods and drinks while you kids running around getting exhausted. And most importantly, their security entrance keeps your kids in and strangers out.

Lady who works at counter is kind and helpful. Try to explain detail in English. I feel appreciate as an foreigner. But the lady who works at cafe is unkind. Feel so bad why I paid for this food with unkindness. 😫 I would try to understand if there are many customers but today was not busy at all.

Great place for kids… Bit busy on weekends. Entrance is from Mall inside basement. Outside entrance is closed.
