What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled up to three hours before the visit. If you cancel within three hours of the scheduled time, the ticket becomes non-refundable. This applies to all ticket types, including those with English and Chinese speaking guides. Therefore, if your plans change, ensure to notify us at least three hours in advance to receive a full refund. Otherwise, you will not be eligible for a refund.
