Good, clean, well maintained facilities. Just option for food isnt much since we buy from outside. The eating area also gloom and dark. Surprisingly its not full house even on weekend. I wonder whats going on? Few area was under maintenence but its explained the price rm20 per person. Overall my son enjoyed so will come back real soon

This is my uncountable presence in this theme park. I really enjoy this place. However the equipment and facilities look like lack of maintenance. Some slides close and rust n pool floor thorn. Upset to see this.

Nice place to visit especially for the kids they will surely have a blast..Suggest to be there early so that you're able to fully explore the place & all the water slides, have to pay extra for the tube rental..And also no outside food is allowed, there are lockers provided (need to pay) for you to lock up all your belongings before you start your journey Also to be reminded on weekends the waterpark is overly packed & gotta que to purchase tickets

Very disappointed today. We travelled to Bukit Merah Laketown Waterpark expecting it to be open as stated on your official operating hours. However, the water park was closed and there was no notice on your official website. Please update visitors earlier to avoid people wasting time and travelling here unnecessarily. Hope this can be improved for future visitors.
