This ticket is valid for a single entry on your chosen date for visitors aged 15 and above. Ticket collection hours are 09:00–18:00 from May to October, and 09:30–17:00 from November to April.
How to redeem
You will receive a PDF voucher that must be printed on A4 paper. Go to the ticket counter at 1274 Miyanomori, Chuo Ward, Sapporo, and present your printed voucher to exchange it for a physical ticket. Vouchers shown on a mobile phone will not be accepted.
Important notes
- This ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once booked.
- Re-entry is not permitted after exiting.
