Nice way to hit some of the tourists spots while in Seoul. It was easy to purchase and once on the bus, can get off and get on another one when you're done sightseeing that area. Offers some discounts for activities like bike rental and entry tickets. Would recommend for those that are first timers to S.Korea.

We picked up the 120hr pass at the airport. And had the misfortune of also picking up the sim card. The representative did not explain that the discover Seoul pass would be activated upon receiving the sim card. It is also not stated in About Pass page. So my first usage was only on my 3rd day in Seoul. On my 5th day, we wanted to go to coex aquarium and was told the pass had already expired. Obviously disappointed we reached out to Discover Seoul pass through their chat. I even have proof that we only used the 1st attraction on my 3rd day in Seoul. Was only offered an apology. My request to even get a 24hr pass or attraction pass was turned down. I am truly upset because my kids and I were not able to use the pass fully and also did not have more money to fork out to do the attractions that we planned. The representative at the airport did not at any time advised us that the pass will be activated immediately. Feel so cheated. I would give zero stars if I could. No empathy whatsoever from Discover Seoul pass. I bought 4 passes. KRW520,000 down the drain!!! UPDATE: Discover Seoul pass reached out to us again at around 6pm today to say that they will extend the pass by 24hours. We managed to do around 1.5hours of CoEX Aquarium ( closed at 8pm) and tomorrow will do Hanbok dressing for Palace. Thanks to Discover Seoul Pass, we could do 2 more activities. We appreciate the gesture.

Purchased the 120-hour Discover Seoul Pass and it was absolutely worth it! It’s such a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore Seoul’s top tourist spots. The pass is very easy to use and offers free entrance to more attractions than you could imagine — from palaces and museums to popular landmarks. The free hanbok experience was such a fun and memorable bonus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul and wanting to make the most of their trip!

Promises more than it keeps. We were left wanting. First of all, the ladies at the tourist information were really kind and the purchase went smoothly. You don’t necessarily need to buy it online, you can get an actual card and keep it as a souvenir. But if you’re not an avid visitor of museums , and on top of that, loads of them within only a few hours, the price is completely exaggerated. The major downside of the pass: there is no public transport included for all buses and subways. You can recharge the card at the vending machines, but for me this was the most disappointing aspect of the pass. We managed to visit maybe 3-4 major attractions. Prices for that were in total less than the price of the pass. We tried to use the card for the airport transfer, which is also included. But you can only activate the code a few minutes before departure, otherwise ist becomes invalid. During peak hours the Express train is sold out way beforehand. So you’re not able to get that ticket either. In conclusion: If you plan on doing A LOT within 48h, this pass is for you. If you intend on visiting attractions that cost little to no money, unfortunately this is a waste. I’d recommend to check prices of the places you would like to visit and compare.

You can buy the DSP online or as a card from various convenience stores. Be sure to plan your itinerary to make the best use of it and cover the higher value rides. We used it for lotte world, the city bus ride, coex aquarium, 63, the ecruise, the nanta show, kimchi museum , colourpool museum, and the folk village. We had also planned to go to nami island, the alive museum and the Seoul tower but couldn't make it in time. We might have had a more leisurely trip if we didn't get the pass.
