We brought our daughter to KidZania for her birthday and she had a really fun time. It’s a great place for kids to explore different jobs and role-play as adults. She especially enjoyed trying out different activities and earning KidZos. The environment is safe, well-organized, and staff were helpful in guiding the kids. It’s more about experiential learning rather than just playground fun, so kids get to try new things and build confidence. Overall, a meaningful and enjoyable experience. Would definitely visit again!

We had a really fun and memorable day at KidZania Singapore! It’s an immersive kid-sized city where children can role-play real-world jobs like being a firefighter, doctor, pilot, chef, or banker — and even earn their own Kidzos as they go. It’s a great way for kids (especially ages 4–12) to learn about different careers, build confidence, and have some hands-on fun at the same time.

We were very disappointed with our recent visit to KidZania Singapore, especially given its positioning as an educational experience. The park was severely understaffed. Many stations had no staff at all, which meant children were left to “play” without any guidance. On top of that, key attractions like the petrol station and driving activities were closed, with no prior notice on the website, which felt misleading after paying full admission. What was most concerning was that many employees appeared disengaged and did not support KidZania’s stated mission of experiential learning or career awareness. In most cases, activities were reduced to basic role-playing with little to no explanation, instruction, or context, making the experience no different from ordinary pretend play — except without meaningful learning. That said, credit where it’s due: one staff member, Hafiz, at the Emergency Room / Paramedics (Parkway East Hospital) station was outstanding. He was attentive, patient, and explained the role and equipment in detail. Our kids were genuinely engaged for about 25 minutes, and this was the only station that truly delivered on KidZania’s educational promise. Please recognise him — he set the standard others should follow. On a positive note, the DDR (Special Needs) card policy is commendable — free entry for the child with one paying adult is inclusive and appreciated, and crowd levels were manageable with minimal queues. Overall, this visit did not live up to expectations, especially for the price. KidZania Singapore urgently needs better staffing, clearer communication about closures, and stronger staff training if it wants to remain an educational destination rather than just an indoor playground.

We had an absolutely sensational experience at KidZania Singapore with our five-year-old daughter. She was able to take part in over 30 unique job opportunities and truly adored the diversity of experiences, challenges, and role-play activities available. The staff were friendly and engaging throughout the day, and a special mention goes to Suryan, who ran the police station, fire station, and robotics activities. He was fantastic at encouraging our daughter to get involved in role play and made those experiences especially memorable with his enthusiasm! We visited on a Thursday during a quiet period just at the end of school holidays, and there were no queues, which made the day even more enjoyable. We arrived about 10 minutes before opening and stayed until closing at 6 pm — I highly recommend doing this so that children can make the most of the full day. Our hotel (the outpost and the village Sentosa) offered 25% off on kids tickets as well at the time - so ask at your Sentosa hotel when you check in for local offers for heavy discounts The paZZport system was phenomenal and excellent value - don’t skip on it. It not only enhances the experience on the day by her earning more money per activity - but as a reminder and log of all the fun things she did. It can also be used at other KidZania locations worldwide, which has encouraged us to visit more in the future. We completed the first passport in one visit. Our daughter loved preparing food at the burger shop, which was great. The only area for improvement would be the parent food options, particularly at the coffee shop, which the kaya toast was lacklustre compared to other places in Singapore. Angeline’s nail salon was a special treat which her attention to detail had our daughter with incredible nails to finish a long day of work! Overall, there are plenty of activities for both younger and older children. At five years old, she was able to participate in about 90% of the experiences, with only a few restricted due to age (7yrs old for about 3 particular activities). We are very happy to give five stars, with just a small caveat around improving the food options.

We had an amazing time at KidZania Singapore! My child played from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and enjoyed every minute of it. We managed to cover nearly all the establishments and activities, it was a full day of fun and learning. Special shoutout to Bob (“Whaddaya wanna be ya?!!”) at the SCDF establishment! His energy and passion really stood out. He was fantastic with the kids, he is super engaging, enthusiastic, and made the whole area come alive. Truly exceptional service! Most activities are best suited for kids aged 4 and above, with only a few designed for 7+ years. Quick tip, bring a water bottle as there’s a dispenser at the Level 2 baby area. You can also leave and re-enter without issue as I’ve confirmed this with three different staff members, even though the website says otherwise. We visited on a weekday and it was much less crowded compared to our previous visit years ago before they reopened, hence there is minimal queues this time, which was great. Note that parts of Level 2 are currently under renovation, and it seems they’re a bit short-staffed, so hopefully management can look into that soon.
