The Premium Hawker Experience enhances our existing Classic Hawker Experience and gives guests a taste of Singapore's favourite local food in our nostalgic 3 tier tingkat.
What to expect
Enjoy a 1-hour guided tour that takes you through four unique cultures and their food traditions. Engage with interactive displays, test your knowledge of Singapore’s kopi culture, and savour a variety of food samplers presented in a customized tingkat (tiffin carrier). Complete your experience by creating your own special souvenir—a fresh jasmine wrist garland or a Peranakan/Rangoli tile—to take home as a meaningful reminder of your journey.
