Participants are to be at the Singapore Oceanarium VIP Lounge at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. For access to the support areas, participants are required to wear properly covered footwear and keep all loose items secure. Children under 4 must be capable of walking independently to enter all support areas. However, exceptions can be made for children under 4 years old who can walk independently in support areas. Participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a paying, parent/ legal guardian at all times. The allowable ratio of supervising adults to children is 1 Adult : 3 Children. Guests may be required to pass through support areas which may not be able to accommodate strollers and wheelchairs due to the presence of stairs. Ramps are not available in these specific spaces that were designed for operational needs. Guests who may require assistance should inform Resorts World Sentosa staff as soon as possible. For the safety of participants, crutches, strollers, and electric mobility devices are not permitted in all support areas. Complimentary refreshments are provided at the start of this programme. Participants with dietary requirements should inform the guide of any restrictions.
