Singapore Flyer
About this experience
Standing 165 metres above Singapore, the Singapore Flyer is one of the world's largest observation wheels. You'll begin your visit at the Time Capsule, an immersive multimedia experience that guides you through Singapore's history and development before stepping aboard the giant wheel.
Your capsule rotates for 30 minutes, giving you sweeping 360-degree views across the city skyline, Marina Bay waterfront, historic districts, and beyond. The enclosed, air-conditioned capsules are shared and offer panoramic visibility as you ascend to the wheel's peak and complete a full rotation.
What to expect
You'll start your visit at the Time Capsule, an immersive experience that takes you through Singapore's evolution from its early days to its modern transformation. This multimedia journey sets the stage before you board the observation wheel.
After the Time Capsule, you'll step into one of the Flyer's air-conditioned capsules for a 30-minute rotation. As the wheel ascends, you'll gain elevated views of Marina Bay, the downtown skyline, green spaces, and the waterfront stretching into the distance. The capsule completes one full rotation, bringing you back to ground level at the end of your ride.

An absolutely breathtaking experience at the Singapore Flyer! From the moment the capsule gently lifted off, the panoramic skyline views were nothing short of spectacular. Watching Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, and the shimmering cityscape from such a serene height felt surreal. The capsules are spacious, air-conditioned, and impeccably maintained, making the entire 30- 40 minutes rotation smooth and luxurious. The experience is calm, elegant, and perfect for appreciating Singapore’s architectural brilliance. A must-visit attraction that perfectly blends engineering, beauty, and tranquility. Truly a world-class observation experience worth every moment. 🌆✨

We booked our tickets before arriving in Singapore. The attraction itself is highly recommended. Before boarding the wheel, there are several audiovisual attractions, including a brief history of Singapore. The views from the glass capsule are impressive, and the city looks beautiful from above. A full rotation of the wheel takes about 30 minutes. I highly recommend it 👍

In my first visit I dropped Singapore Flyer but this time when I get into it I understood what I missed last time. To avoid crowd we choose to go on a weekday and many suggested to go during evening. So we bought our ticket online accordingly. After ticket check, we eneterd in digital briefing room and get information about the flight and facts. Then we moved to another room where we found amazing visualization of the history of Singapore. Really it was a wonderful experince. After knowing the brief history of Singapore and photoshoot we went up for the flyer. Some vounteers will take your photo for souvenir (not free though). Then after a small queue, we get into a capsule with 6 other visitors; 10 people per capsule it seemed. Around 40 minstues ride and when at top it was amazing. We walked around the capsule and took a lot of photos. Singapore is a real beauty at night and without this flyer you ca not experince this. It was a great experince. Every newcome must do it.

Took the flyer as part of a Regent Seven Seas Excursion. We were a group of 11, and there was enough space for 4-5 to sit. While others stood admiring the views and taking photos. Out guide helped explain what we were seeing. Once you reach the top and onwards, you get a wonderful view of the modern skyline of the financial district, and the bay in front. The ride takes around 30 minutes.
