How to Cancel

  • 1. Go to "My Bookings" on tixlayer.com
  • 2. Find the booking you want to cancel
  • 3. Click "Cancel Booking"
  • 4. Confirm the cancellation

    • Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available for most activities up to 24-48 hours before the visit date
  • The exact cancellation deadline is shown on each activity page and in your confirmation email
  • After the free cancellation deadline, the booking is non-refundable
