Had a really pleasant experience dealing with Kelvin Neo from Premium Pre-Owned. Kelvin was professional, patient, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain things clearly and was transparent in addressing my questions, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and honest salesperson.

Dishonest company that one should avoid, in particular the owner Jerry and salesperson Elaine. They had a car for sale which we saw in person, but then had to go away for a week long holiday. When we came back from our trip, we asked if the car was still available as the sg car mart listing was gone, and was initially told no, but then they called back about 5 mins later frantically and said it was. This should have been the first sign. We rushed down to their showroom, and upon our arrival, Elaine tried to increase the price to 5k more than the asking price when we first saw the car, insisting that that was the price a week ago. Thankfully, we had screenshots of the listing which had since been taken down, and they then pretended that they made a mistake. Again, another red flag. We started to further negotiate the price, with the boss being contacted through the phone, and the truth then came out that the boss actually already agreed to sell this car to his friend for $X and he was basically trying to see if he could get a couple of thousand more from us. Halfway during negotiation when the boss suddenly was on the phone, he said he sold it to his friend and didn’t want to negotiate with us anymore. A total waste of our time and clear that dishonesty flows from the top down. If this is their negotiation tactic, I can only wonder if the lies extend to the cars they are selling. The only slight saving grace is salesperson Bryan, who was genuinely apologetic about the situation, but not sure how much he can do given the environment he is working in.

Great service & after car sales service by James. I got a preowned Q5 from here and James was patient in explaining to me and my husband the payment options and was very detail in providing answers that I needed. He process the whole sale and trade in of my old A3 seamlessly and there certainly no surprises. The only surprise was the car really felt and smell brand new when we got it and we still went back to him for some questions when we face aircon and one of the car key was not working. He even gave a gd recommendation for ceramic coating services and the car is looking much better than ever.

Had a great experience with Bryan Tan recently. Met quite a number of dealers but Bryan came across as being sincere and reliable. Not only he’s patient, he is genuinely focused in assisting me to meet my requirements. He made the whole purchase process smooth and stress-free. Appreciate his professionalism. Trusted the Premium Automobiles brand so I went down to view their pre-owned. Salesperson Brian said I could test drive after agreeing to pricing and financing which i did. After agreeing to their financing and pricing with their salesperson Bryan, I was not allowed to test drive. I’m not sure how one is going to make a buying decision without even testing the car? Moreover, I brought my whole family down as we were so keen on the car. This place is really baffling. Please avoid and save your time.
