That's a great experience that allows visitors different views of the most gorgeus parts of Singapore. The cruise lasts about 44 minutes and they have a more expensive time slot that coincides with the light show at the Marina Bay. Ideally, starting the cruise just before sunset allows you to experience different views of the skyline. It is a no frills boat, with an automated narration, but it feels safe and well managed. Definitely a must do experience in Singapore.

Good price $28 SGD, to see the city from a different angle. The captain allowed us to stand on top at the front to take unobstructed photos. Just a nice relaxing 40mins.

The Singapore River Cruise is a really enjoyable way to experience the city, especially if you want a break from walking while still sightseeing. The boats are clean and comfortable, and the journey is smooth as you glide past some of Singapore’s most interesting areas — Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and on towards Marina Bay. Seeing the contrast between the historic shophouses along the river and the modern skyline beyond is a great way to understand how the city has evolved. We did the cruise in the late afternoon, which was perfect. The light was soft, the breeze was welcome, and as we returned the city lights were just starting to come on. It felt calm and surprisingly peaceful despite being in the heart of Singapore. It’s not a long cruise, but it’s just the right length to relax, take photos and enjoy the commentary about the history of the river. If you’re visiting Singapore for the first time, this is a lovely introduction to the city — and even if you’ve been before, it’s still a very pleasant way to spend an hour.

Wasn't crowded . Beautiful place to see the whole city lighted. Its a 30-40 min ride. Spacious and well maintained cruise to go on. The history is shown on tv screen and also an audio is played as and when we cross a place, which narrates about the history. The bridges are another highlight here. We can also see the runway bridge here which looks wow. The overall look of the city and all major places are covered during this ride. Do not miss this place if your visiting songapore. Must watch.

I highly recommend the Singapore River Cruise. The ticket price is only 28 SGD, which is very good value for money. You get to see the city from a different view, and it is very relaxing. My best advice is to visit at night time. During the day it can be hot, but at night the weather is nice and cool. Also, the city lights are stunning. Seeing Marina Bay Sands and the city skyline lit up in the dark is beautiful. It was the highlight of my trip.
